op&nbsp;een ontspannen, natuurlijke en bewuste manier&nbsp;<\/span>te beleven. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ook je baby geniet mee<\/span>&nbsp;van de ontspanning,&nbsp;rust en het contact dat tussen jullie ontstaat.&nbsp;De groepen zijn klein zodat iedere vrouw de ruimte krijgt om de zwangerschap en de geboorte te beleven en te herscheppen&nbsp;op haar unieke manier.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 14pt; color: maroon; text-align: left;\">Op de eerste plaats staat GENIETEN van je zwangerschap&nbsp;je lichaam, je baby, het leven&#8230;. Deze ontspanning en over &#8211; gave aan de levensstroom is essentieel bij de zwangerschap en&nbsp;de bevalling. Op deze manier leer je ook jezelf en je lichaam beter kennen,&nbsp;waardoor je haar vermogens ontdekt en vertrouwen krijgt in haar natuurlijke werking.&nbsp;Daarnaast leer je natuurlijke technieken die je helpen om&nbsp;te gaan met pijn, spanning, onrust, angst, emoties, gedachten&#8230;die je beperken in het vrij en ontspannen zijn.&nbsp;Je leert de weg gaan van pijn naar spanning, naar intensiteit&nbsp;die uitmond in kracht,&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">innerlijke kracht en overgave<\/span>.&nbsp;Hierbij speelt&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">de ademhaling<\/span>&nbsp;een heel belangrijke rol. Yoga is ontworpen voor een lichaam dat niet zwanger is.&nbsp;Zelfs al ben je gewoon yoga te doen zal je beginnen voelen dat deze oefeningen \u2018doen\u2019 geen antwoord meer biedt op&nbsp;wat je zwangere lichaam met al de veranderingen nodig heeft.&nbsp;Het is niet de courante yoga met enkele aanpassingen voor de&nbsp;zwangere vrouw, vooral wat ze niet meer mag en kan doen&nbsp;(wat vaak frustratie geeft).&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Zwangerschapsyoga vertrekt volledig van het zwangere lichaam&nbsp;en de behoeften die dan op de eerste plaats komen.
